Frederic Missant has 16 years experience coaching soccer in Belgium. He started coaching in 2000, offering Private training, Technical training and Recovery training (guiding professional players returning from an injury). Frederic has also worked for several Soccer Schools in Belgium, including Progress Sports in Antwerp, and Savafoot in Deinze.
Starting 2004 Frederic coached several youth teams at VCNE Nazareth in Belgium. All selection teams that played at the most-competitive level. In 2012 he made the step to being Head Coach at VC Nazareth in Belgium. During the 2013-2014 season Frederic was a Staff member of the KAA Gent professional soccer club. His responsibilities included coaching the U12, U14 and U19.
During the 2014/2015 and 2015/2016 season Frederic was the Head Coach of the U19 and U21 team of KMSK Deinze, who are currently playing at the second professional level in Belgium. He was also Assistant Coach and Physical coach for the first team during the 2015/2016 season.
Frederic holds his UEFA B (USSF B equivalent) and UEFA A (USSF A equivalent) license, and has diploma’s for Recovery Training, Talent Scout, Mental Coach, Testing and Coaching High-Level Athletes.

Keith Detelj, a Long Island, New York native, earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Marist College in 2007. As a Marist Red Fox; he held the all time record for career goals & career points for Division I Soccer (36g, 17a,total 89 points). His decorated career at Marist as a winning two-sport athlete garnered him many notable achievements, including receiving the Outstanding Athlete Award in 2006, Two-time MAAC tournament Championships and MAAC tournament MVP Award. Recently, inducted to the MAAC Hall of Fame class of 2016.
Following graduation he went on to play professionally in the USL Pro League with the Dayton Dutch Lions, and in the USL Premiere Development League with the Long Island Rough Riders, Westchester Flames, and Fort Wayne Fever.

As the Women’s Soccer Head Coach at Nassau Community College, Detelj lead his teams to many successful seasons including becoming Regional Finalists for 4 straight years in a row. In 2014, his Soccer team captured the Regional and District Championship, garnering two All-Americans, and earning Detelj the title of District Coach of the Year for the second time and Nassau first Elite 8 appearance in over a two decades.
